The Care Quality Commission

Under the Health and Social Care (Community Health and Standards) Act (2003), the Care Quality Commission is responsible for regulating and inspecting independent healthcare in England. Many independent healthcare organisations must be registered with them because of the types of services they provide, and must show that they are meeting the government's national minimum standards through an annual self-assessment. They inspect any that they consider to be at risk of not meeting the standards, and inspect all establishments at least once every five years.

THMG clinics in England are individually registered with the CQC.  HIW - Wales,   RQIA - Northern Ireland.

Each of our clinics must meet stringent criteria to obtain registration.  The Harley Medical Group ensures all staff are registered nurses that are trained to the highest degree in the application of Cosmetic Counseling and non surgical procedures. Our governance systems ensure that we meet and exceed the National Minimum Standards. This is reflected in our patient safety risk based assessments, the quality and standard of our premises and treatments, infection control rate.
