Clinic Administrator
Hours: 37.5 hours per week to include evenings and weekendsRole:
- Greeting patients in reception and ensuring reception is efficiently managed at all time
- Maintaining the clinic diary
- Organising and maintaining the clinic filing system to include patient notes
- Undertaking general secretarial duties eg. Producing standard letters, opening and collating post, reconciling and bank takings and petty cash on a daily basis
- Facilitating the Clinic Manager in the efficient running of the clinic wherever possible
- Supporting all staff in any administrative aspect of their work.
Requirements: For success in this role, it is essential that you are able to demonstrate excellent organisational, communication and administration skills. You must also fulfill the below requirements:
- Computer skills to include competency in Word and Excel
- Database management experience
- Reception/customer service background
- Must be of professional appearance, with a clear speaking voice
- Open to flexible hours
