Assistant Clinic Manager Role
Salary: Basic Up to £30,000
OTE: Excellent potential
Hours: 37.5 hours per week to include evenings and weekends
Role: You will be working within a challenging sales/target driven environment providing consultations and treatments to new and existing patients who are considering Laser Hair Removal and associated aesthetic / cosmetic surgery treatments. You will be responsible for increasing awareness of our products/treatments and procedures and measured on your ability to do so.
As well as the above, you will be supporting the Clinic Manager in the efficient and successful running of the clinic, including training and mentoring staff, management of diaries and surgeons days, reporting of results and communicating effectively with the Regional Sales Manager and Sales Director.
Requirements: For success in this role, it is essential that you are an NMC Registered General Nurse with a proven track record of consistently achieving set targets within a cosmetic surgery and non-surgical role. You must have excellent interpersonal skills and be able to demonstrate a use of initiative and ability to problem solve.
