This type of skin peel works by applying a mixture of low concentration trichlororoacetic acid (TCA) with a blue base to the skin being treated, whether this is the face, neck, shoulders, back, legs, hands, or chest. Application and removal of the Obagi Blue skin peel is a very quick and low-pain procedure that can be carried out without the need for sedation in most cases.
